I created a Wavy Squares template in 2010. I started off with just the 10″ size and decided to 4 sizes down to 4″. When it got to that smaller size, I didn’t want to trace all those and hand cut the pieces. My 45mm rotary cutter kept running into the sides of the template and nicking it. I needed a solution.
