Hate snipping threads between chain sewn fabrics?

I met this mom and daughter duo a couple years ago in Houston and we realized that we had been facebook friends. It’s so awesome to put a face and voice with a name. These 2 are a hoot to meet! They invented a great product for chain piecers.

Are you a chain piecer that hates to clip the threads between all those fabrics? Me too!!

These are perfect and will help prevent the headache of clipping and streamline your sewing. What is it??

Sunflower QUILTS Original Thread Cutter has a plastic body that holds a sharp blade in its center, PERFECT for cutting threads between fabric sections when chain piecing. Its a notion you will use, keep one by your sewing machine, ironing board, or cutting table. Just hold fabric with both hands and slide the thread across the blade. Body has small “non-skid” feet on the bottom. Proudly made in the USA!

This would definitely be very handy. I do chain piece and sometimes get carried away with how long my “chain” gets and then I dread going back to cut all those threads!!!!

What an awesome invention a stand alone cutter freeing hands to work on an assortment of projects. This is a very useful tool to have handy.

This would sure solve my carpal tunnel problem. Right now I can only snip three or four before I have to do a hand massage.

This would be safer than another tool I’ve seen. The other tool is just a holder for a seam ripper. So you have a seam ripper standing upright where you could really do some damage!. This one looks like the blade is enclosed.
