I created a Wavy Squares template in 2010.  I started off with just the 10″ size and decided to 4 sizes down to 4″.  When it got to that smaller size, I didn’t want to trace all those and hand cut the pieces.  My 45mm rotary cutter kept running into the sides of the template and nicking it.  I needed a solution.  I found the Clover 18mm Rotary Cutter.  The packaging claimed:

I met this mom and daughter duo a couple years ago in Houston and we realized that we had been facebook friends.  It’s so awesome to put a face and voice with a name.  These 2 are a hoot to meet!  They invented a great product for chain piecers.

Are you a chain piecer that hates to clip the threads between all those fabrics?  Me too!!

How many times have you used a ruler and it shifted just the tiniest bit but enough to effect your seam allowance?  Ugh!  Well, there went that strip of fabric.  I have tried several things.  There are clear films, sticky adhesive spray, adhesive dots, and even sandpaper dots (I will review those at later dates).

I first met the couple that invented this product several years ago when I was in the booth next to them while vending at a quilt show.  I have 2 sizes:  14″ in yellow and 24″ in clear.  What is it??
